These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Eagle Wings’ services and website. By engaging with us for travel-related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms .


1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or receiving any service from Eagle Wings—whether through WhatsApp, telephone, email, in person, or via our website—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein .

If you do not accept these provisions, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Services”: Visa assistance, flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, Umrah packages, city tours, and any other travel-related arrangements provided by Eagle Wings.

  • “Supplier”: Any third party whose products or services we arrange, including airlines, hotels, embassies, tour operators, and insurance providers.

  • “Force Majeure”: Events beyond our reasonable control as defined in Clause 9 .

3. Our Role

3.1 Agent / Intermediary

Except where expressly stated in writing, Eagle Wings acts solely as an agent for Suppliers. Your contract for the underlying travel product is with the relevant Supplier, whose own terms and conditions apply. We encourage you to review these third-party terms .

3.2 No Government Affiliation

Eagle Wings is independent and not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government entity. All final visa and entry determinations rest solely with the relevant authorities .

3.3 Services We Provide

We offer:

  • Visa application assistance and documentation review

  • Flight and hotel reservations

  • Customized holiday and Umrah packages

  • City tours and excursions

  • Travel advisory and concierge support

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Age and Capacity

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity to contract under UAE law .

4.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information and documentation you provide are true, complete, and up to date. Eagle Wings is not liable for any delays, rejections, losses, or additional costs arising from inaccuracies or omissions .

4.3 Document Verification

You must verify all visas, approvals, and bookings before committing to non-refundable travel plans. Any itineraries provided before full payment are illustrative only .

4.4 Passports and Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid passports (minimum six months validity), visas, and required health documentation for their journey .

5. Bookings, Pricing, and Payments

5.1 Prices and Currency

All quoted prices are subject to availability, currency fluctuations, and Supplier repricing until full payment is received. Price changes may occur due to factors beyond our control .

5.2 Service Fees

Eagle Wings charges professional fees for consultation, documentation, and facilitation. These fees are non-refundable once work has commenced .

5.3 Payment Terms

Payments must be made through approved methods. Any chargebacks or unpaid balances may incur administrative fees and interest charges.

5.4 Taxes

All amounts are exclusive of UAE VAT or other applicable taxes, which you must pay where required.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

6.1 Changes by Client

Change requests are subject to Supplier rules and our prevailing administrative fees.

6.2 Cancellation by Client

Once Eagle Wings commences work (including any advisory, document review, or booking action), all service fees are strictly non-refundable. Any refunds from Suppliers will be passed to you, less applicable charges and our administration fees .

6.3 Changes by Suppliers or Authorities

Itineraries, schedules, or appointments may be amended or cancelled by Suppliers or authorities for reasons outside our control. Eagle Wings bears no liability for such changes (see Clause 9).

7. Visa and Immigration

7.1 No Guarantee

All visa and immigration outcomes are determined solely by the issuing authority. Eagle Wings does not guarantee approval, processing time, or entry at the border—even with valid documentation .

7.2 Reapplication

If a visa is refused, new professional fees apply for any resubmission.

7.3 Client Obligations

You must attend appointments on time, provide requested documentation promptly, and comply with destination health and security requirements .

8. Third-Party Suppliers

8.1 Supplier Terms

All flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers .

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Eagle Wings makes no representations and excludes all warranties regarding Supplier performance, suitability, safety, or fitness for purpose. Any claims for loss, damage, or injury arising from Supplier acts must be pursued directly against that Supplier.

9. Force Majeure

Eagle Wings shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to :

  • Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Government actions, border closures, or regulatory changes

  • Strikes or industrial disputes

  • System outages or technical failures

In such events, we may suspend or terminate services, retain fees for work already performed, and offer credit or amended arrangements at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Aggregate Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Eagle Wings’ aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fees actually received for the transaction giving rise to the claim .

10.2 Excluded Losses

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by Supplier acts or omissions

  • Costs from missed flights, denied boarding, or visa refusals

  • Currency losses or exchange rate movements

10.3 Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our proven gross negligence where prohibited by UAE Federal Law on Consumer Protection .

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eagle Wings harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of :

  • Your breach of these Terms or Supplier terms

  • Your violation of any law or regulation

  • Any inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information you provide

12. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal accidents .

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates .

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Dubai .

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
